Length: 5,000m – Varsity consists of 12 runners for each team, winning team

Awards: Trophy to 1st place team and individual champion, medals to 2nd-25th place

We expect all PVIXC members to be on the bus to Delsea regardless of whether or not you are racing!! Team support will be huge! All those racing will head back on the bus.

12:00PM Approximate arrival at Delsea Regional HS

1:45PM SOUTH JERSEY PAROCHIAL CHAMPIONSHIP

Hoban, Lamberto, MacFarlane, Verna, Vadino, Gentek, Booth, Balzer, Durante-Koller, Boldurian, Marino, Gallagher

Post-race barbeque after cool-downs and stretching.

3:30PM Latest to depart for PAUL VI

4:15PM Approximate arrival home

Take a moment and look what you have accomplished as a team and individually this season – not only on the race course but also in your daily approach to the long and tiring training regimen that we have fought through this season. Each and every one of you have taken HUGE strides – in the midst of adversity and distractions here and there and ups and downs. Recall those long runs out at Wissahickon and the cruise miles of July and August, the trip up to Brown, and many of those “I don’t think I can” moments you overcame. That’s what brings you here to the Championship season and that’s what makes you a team.

Let’s walk away from Saturday with a smile on our face and fulfillment in knowing we put absolutely everything we had into this race.
